DO I NEED A RESERVATION TO VISIT THE TEA HOUSE?
We warmly encourage you to reserve in advance. Seating is limited at:

While we’ll always do our best to welcome walk-ins, availability cannot be guaranteed.
We would truly regret having to turn you away.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR TAKEAWAY?
Yes, we are available for takeaway.
However, please note that seated guests with reservations are given priority, so waiting times may vary. As a slow bar, we’re unable to guarantee fast service.
For a quicker alternative, we recommend visiting Chon Matcha by CHONTEA & Co, which offers a thoughtfully curated to-go menu.
HOW DOES THE TEA HOUSE EXPERIENCE WORK? IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?
There is no minimum spend, but we kindly require one menu per guest — no need to order the same menu.

WHAT ARE THE PRICE RANGES FOR TEA EXPERIENCE?
Our menus are thoughtfully designed to offer an immersive tea experience — with options tailored to your curiosity and the time you have.
Experience & Mini Workshop Menus
IDR 500– 750k per person
A guided journey through rare teas, curated pairings, and hands-on exploration.
À la Carte
IDR 100–150kper person
For a more casual visit — enjoy tea by the pot, cup, or a seasonal bite.
Prices exclude tax and service charge.
Each guest is kindly required to order one menu. You’re welcome to choose different menus within your group.
ARE YOU VEGAN AND HALAL-FRIENDLY?
Our classic matcha and hot tea menus are vegan by nature, made with pure tea leaves and water. Oat milk and cashew milk alternatives are also available.
We offer halal-friendly options and do not use pork in our menus. However, please check with our baristas regarding seasonal items that may contain alcohol. Kindly note that we are not Halal-certified.
CAN WE BRING A PET TO THE TEA HOUSE?
While our owner has 5 beloved pets, we maintain a pet-free environment to ensure the comfort of all guests.
For those visiting with pets, nearby spots such as Seminyak Square Mall (near our Seminyak branch) or Pison Cafe (near our Ubud branch) offer pet-friendly waiting areas for companions.
BREAKAGE AND OTHER ETIQUETTES
- Our handmade teaware requires gentle handling. Breakage fees (listed on-site) apply regardless of whether the item is damaged accidentally or intentionally, by children or adults.
- To enhance the tea experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing strong fragrances and to dress appropriately. Topless attire or clothing deemed overly revealing is not permitted.
- For the safety and comfort of all, please note that our tea house is monitored by 24-hour CCTV surveillance. Any attempt to take teaware or property without permission will be addressed accordingly.
- We maintain zero tolerance for aggression, discrimination, harassment—whether verbal, non-verbal, or physical—or any form of threatening behavior. Such actions will result in immediate removal from the premises.
CAN WE BUY MATCHA POWDERS AND TEA LEAVES? HOW ARE THEY DIFFERENT FROM EACH TYPES?
We’re currently in the process of revamping our website, and online purchases will be available soon. Please note that some variants may be temporarily unavailable due to seasonal availability.
Our curated collection of over 150 teas, matcha, and coffee varieties will soon be ready for you to explore—so you can brew each cup, your way, in your own time.
CAN WE GET OUR DRINKS DELIVERED?
We offer a to-go menu with delivery available within 5 km of our branches via the GrabFood mobile app. Please note that the delivery range may vary during peak hours and/or holidays.
