What You'll Do

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets.
• Build and lead a passionate marketing team that thrives on creativity and collaboration.
• Strengthen our digital presence through social media, ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Plan and manage brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and community events.
• Build partnerships with brands, influencers, and media to expand our reach.
• Analyze marketing performance and use insights to refine future strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing (F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle preferred).
• Proven success in developing 360° marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
• Digitally savvy with hands-on experience in social media, ads, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinker who enjoys learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
